- These reports can be run on an ad-hoc basic, or
scheduled
NetApp OnCommand Insight Plan Reporting Terminology
- “Dashboards” are designed and formatted for consumption
in a web browser.
--- This means taking a report designed as a dashboard
and attempting to subscribe to it as a PDF via email may result in a poor
layout.

enter an object or select one from a pull-down box.

“application” and “business unit” they belong to can be incredibly powerful for
understanding your infrastructure.
- OnCommand
Insight 7.3.1+ supports “integrations” - you can write data into OnCommand
Insight for visualization.
NetApp OnCommand Insight Data Flows: Outbound
- The NetApp OnCommand Insight operational server has
extensive REST API tooling - if you can see it in the OnCommand Insight WebUI,
you can very likely access that data via our REST API.
- The OnCommand Insight DWH exposes read-only SQL access
to its various data marts.
