Not a massive amount of difference between the dwh and dwhuser permission on the NetApp OCI DWH (Data Warehouse).
Really, just GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON 'dwh_custom' additional privilege for dwh.
Otherwise dwh and dwhuser have SELECT on all the dwh* databases.
dwh_capacity.* also has EXECUTE.
And SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES on tmp.*.
