2020 and still 7-Mode is floating around out there. I had to enable some tracking quotas on qtrees and needed to refresh my mind.
rdfile /etc/quotas
wrfile -a /etc/quotas * user@/vol/VOLNAME/QTREE - -
quota on VOLNAME
quota status VOLNAME
quota report
