What AWS are looking for in Solutions Architects

I had an email from AWS back in August 2019 for:

Our focus is to hire Solutions Architects with proficiency in, at least, one or more of those development / scripting languages:

Java
Python
Scala
Ruby
C/C++
Java
bash
perl
shell /powershell

- and is comfortable working in a customer facing environment.

Meant to share it back then - might be interesting for someone to know what they are looking for. If I get an email in 2020, I'll let you know if there's any change.
