Brocade Test ISL> spinfab -ports 0/40 - 0/41

To test your site-to-site ISLs in a Brocade fibre channel switch fabric, run the command:

spinfab -ports 0/40 - 0/41

On the switch aboove, ports 0/40 and 0/41 are the ISLs.

Note 1: Remember to clear the switch port stats first with:

portstatsclear -i 40-41

Note 2: The spinfab test will take around 45 minutes and you should not interrupt it.

Note 3: [IMPORTANT] All other ports in the fabric should be disabled whilst you are running this test (i.e. if you are running the test for one fabric of a NetApp Metrocluster, disable all the other ports in that fabric, because you don't want the storage systems to be sending/receiving data at the same time this test is running!)
